ATTIRE
The Welcome Party will be casual cocktail - think fall coastal colors, stylish, and comfortable. There is a very mellow trail to the top of the hill where we can watch sunset and lounge right next to the restaurant. Food will be buffet style and a relaxed atmosphere.
Ceremony is formal dress code, with western/coastal influences encouraged. Please wear shoes you’re comfortable walking in on dirt trails, and remember to bring a layer for the evening, as temperatures may dip into the 50s.

The big day is almost here! We can't wait to see all of your beautiful faces and celebrate together in one of our favorite places. As the wedding week approaches, we just wanted to share a few details and reminders about what to expect when you arrive.
Lodge at Marconi
The Lodge at Marconi sits on 60 acres of California state park overlooking Tomales Bay. We hope you'll take time to explore, wander trails, and enjoy West Marin while you're here. It's a place we love dearly, and we hope you will too :)
WELCOME PARTY - WEDNESDAY, OCT 14
For those joining us on Wednesday, our Welcome Party will be held at Mables Restaurant + Bar (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, located on the Marconi property).
Follow signs for Mables, which is just up the hill from the Main Lodge. Parking is available next to the restaurant, we encourage anyone willing and able to walk up the hill to do so, so closer parking can be saved for friends and family with mobility needs.
We're hoping to catch a beautiful sunset together on the Hill, just a short path from Mables. The evening is casual and open - grab a drink, bite, mingle, and explore. Recommended attire is casual cocktail.
WEDDING DAY - THURSDAY, OC 15
3:00 PM - Gather at the fire pit next to the lobby. There will be wine, beers and bubble waters.
We request guests start making their way to the ceremony site at 4:00 PM ahead of our ceremony at 4:30 PM. The trail to the Hill begins across the main parking lot from the Firepit/Main Lodge. The path is steep, compacted dirt, and we recommend wearing shoes you're comfortable walking in.
For guests needing mobility accommodations, we will have a vehicle available to take you up to the ceremony site on the hill. Please reach out ahead of time if you need a ride so we can make sure you're taken care of. Vehicle transport is reserved for guests needing mobility assistance, rather than for footwear or wardrobe considerations.
Following the ceremony, we'll make our way down the property to the reception tent. The walk is about 10-12 minutes and will be guided with signs as it winds through the property. Guests are also welcome to drive to the reception area, where parking is available. We'll have vehicle transport for anyone who needs it as well. We will move from the receptiont tent to Bucks Hall, just next to the reception tent, at 10 and party till midnight. For those down to keep the party going afterwards, we are planning to head back to the top of the hill and beyond for a musical spirit quest where we won’t disturb the neighbors :)
PARKING
For off-property guests, parking will be available for both the Wednesday and Thursday's events. Depending on the event, you'll be directed to park near Mables, the Main Lodge, or by the reception/Bucks Hall area.
Lastly, West Marin evenings can get chilly, an extra layer is encouraged for after sunset. Come ready to celebrate! We are so excited to have so many of the people we love together in one place.
